A BILL to amend article two, chapter eighteen-a of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated section thirteen, relating to guidelines for full-time and half-time cooks.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That article two, chapter eighteen-a of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated section thirteen, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 2. SCHOOL PERSONNEL.

§ 18A-2-13. Guidelines for full-time and half-time cooks.

Full-time cooks shall work seven hours per day and half-time cooks shall work three and one-half hours per day. The following guidelines shall be used when scheduling full-time and part-time cooks:
